Screws are primarily made for changing jobs or in the amateur field when no workbench is available or simply the work bench should not be permanently damaged by drilling the hole for fixing the vice.
Screws are only for MAGNAT and MAGNATplus available and only for the sizes 100mm and 120mm as the other sizes would be too heavy for this kind of fixing.
